Workplaces are communities made up of different people with different experiences and different expectations. The mix of these factors provides a rich environment in which people can interact, contribute and grow. Most workplaces however also have a number of hidden risks – risk of injury, turnover, workers compensation claim, reputation damage, loss of customers or revenue to name a few.

This event will highlight four of the most prevalent risks in the workplace:

•    conflict
•    bullying and harassment
•    stress
•    fatigue

We will present information on the impact and prevalence of these risks, how you can identify the risks and some practical strategies you can apply to minimise the risk to your employees and your organisations.
