For the past two years we have been measuring the effectiveness of EAP counselling. The results of the first validated survey of more than 1,000 counselling clients has yielded exceptional results and highlights the direct impact of the EAP to individuals and the economic value of the EAP to an organisation. This data collection and analysis is a first for Australia and provides valuable insight into the benefits of EAP services.
