Michele Grow
Chief Executive Officer
Michele brings more than 25 years professional experience to the leadership of DTC.
She has significant expertise in the areas of employee wellbeing, and the behaviour of employees in the workplace including bullying and harassment, performance management, and leadership development.
Michele is a regular presenter in Australia and overseas and has conducted benchmarking research with organisations on employee wellbeing, organisational risk management, the impact of work-related issues on individuals, and talent identification, management and development.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of Chief Executive Women and the the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Corporate Management and Business.
