Leonie Nowland
Clinical Services Director
Leonie has more than 2 decades experience in the EAP field in Australia and internationally.
She is a clinician and practitioner with experience in all aspects of EAP services and the management of innovative programs for organisations. She has managed programs internally for organisations, worked externally in the EAP industry and undertaken research in the field of EAP best practice.
Leonie is a highly experienced counsellor and has significant expertise in the areas of emergency management, clinical care for individuals and organisations, absence management , occupational stress, and mental health issues in the workplace. Leonie is an excellent facilitator and works with a large range of organisations on building resilience in employees and teams development.
She is a Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and holds tertiary qualifications in Social Work and Arts.
