Julie Sim

Julie has more than 25 years experience in the field of EAP and people development and management.
She is a highly experienced business psychologist, trainer and facililtator with particular expertise in the areas of culture analysis, organisational/personal change management, workforce realignment, conflict management and manager coaching.
Julie works with individuals as a clinicial and specialist in individual growth and development. She works with organisations to provide EAP analysis, reporting and management and to identify and minimise organisational risk.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Psychological Society. She holds tertiary qualifications in Psychology and Business.
