Julie Smith

Julie is an experienced practitioner and consultant with many years providing services and advice to State Government, Commonwealth Government and the Private Sector.
She has particular expertise in the design of customised solutions for organisations and has a special interest in organisational development and behaviour.
Julie provides EAP strategic management and advice at an organisational level. At a practitioner level Julie has significant expertise in the areas of management and leadershp development, organisational change, performance and team building, and employee engagement.
She is a Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute, the Australian Institute of Training and Development and the Australian Psychological Society. She holds tertiary qualifications in Business and Psychology.
